About me

Winfried Wieland, born in 1965
Master’s Degree in Economics | Applied Sciences Degree in Sports Administration

For me, the glass is always half-full, never half-empty. I think, act and communicate positively.

First and foremost, this means that my focus is not on problems, but on results and goals. My actions are always based on an entrepreneurial way of thinking, but I never forget to consider the people I work for and – most importantly – work with.

I love the challenge of getting to know new companies and new people, new ways of thinking and new tasks. The constant novelty aspect of my work allows me and my clients to transform the fresh “drive” and motivation of a continuous “probation period” into perfect solutions and results. Each project benefits from my many years of experience in a great variety of sectors and positions.

I am a member (and former financial director from 2014-2016) of the DDIM, Germany’s leading national association for professional interim management and associated agency services.
