My Life and Work Motto

The glass is half full.

My Life and Work Motto

I think, act, and communicate positively.

First and foremost, this means: I focus my work not on problems, but on results and goals. In doing so, I act primarily entrepreneurially, without losing sight of the people for whom, and especially with whom, I work.

I love the challenge of getting to know new companies, people, ways of thinking, and tasks. Constantly new assignments provide me and my clients with the opportunity to translate the fresh “drive” and commitment of a “continuous probationary period” into optimal solutions and work results. In doing so, I draw on years of experience in various industries and positions.

Graduate Economist | Sports Economist (FH)

I'm just tired of the games."

For the article “Here today, gone tomorrow” (brand eins, Issue 02/2016), I was interviewed about my motivation as an interim manager: away from corporate politics and hierarchical games, towards effective temporary work.

Today, I am particularly motivated to intervene where things are going off track and genuine change is desired. I come to solve problems in a structured, independent, and clear-sighted manner, take responsibility, speak uncomfortable truths, and implement solutions consistently.
